Salutations! Ri'sari is pleased you have come to hear tales of previous exploits.
This one began as a humble moon sugar farmer many years ago in Western Elsweyr. In his time doing this, he saw little coin from Western trades. But it was enough to care for his very old mother. Less and less began to be made and Ri'sari realized a thief was taking his crop. A small Bosmer was coming in the night, stealing many batches.
One night, Ri'sari tailed the thief to his lair. It was a bright little place inside of a big, dark tree. After Khajiit brought his claws to the elf's neck, he was offered more than a season's harvest to supply the elf to use moon sugar in skooma. Of course Ri'sari accepted this. But, the elf did not like the scars Khajiit had given him.
The day of the big harvest, Ri'sari saw the elf once again. But instead of bringing coin for the crop, the elf brought got a shiny blade. Khajiit was able to escape, but not save his mother. This would not do. Ri'sari sold his moon sugar farm and used every coin to hire for the death of this elf. Motivation by revenge is a powerful thing. As Ri'sari searched for the elf, he turned to a product he knew well to fund the hunt: moon sugar. This would simply not be enough.
It was a dark night with a blue moon when Ri'sai's funds ran dry and his help saw no reason to chase ghosts West any longer. But, fortunate favored this cat at the last possible moment. When Khajiit purchased the way to take his own life, he could not stomach it. That is when the most vibrant of blues shined upon his face.
