About Me
My username is @ells.cubed. I'm a PhD student at Penn State that studies epidemiology and evolution to inform public health policy. I also make scientific games (check out Vax: A game about epidemic prevention.
I've dabbled in many MMOs (SWG, EQ2, WoW, Tabula Rasa, AoC, Lineage 2, and now ESO). However, nothing has ever approached the experience I had in SWG. I head from Ri'Sari that some of our guild leadership also played SWG on the Bloodfin server? I played as Vargos on Ahazi.
I enjoy roleplaying, but I'd say it makes up for less than 20% of my game time...but I'm always interested in trying new things and ESO makes an excellent sandbox for that.
About Vargos:
Vargos is a cowardly Khajiit Nightblade whose brain has been addled by decades of Moon Sugar and Skooma abuse.
At range, his impeccable marksmanship is deadline. However, in close quarters combat he is fragile. Therefore, Vargos has honed the ability to effectively terrorize, stun, snare, disorient, interrupt, knockback, knockdown and/or generally annoy any and all who give chase.
Vargos is a self-sufficient crafter. He's an expert Bowyer, Leatherworker, and Enchanter. In his downtime, he's more than eager to craft, improve, and enchant gear in exchange for food (max stamina & max magicka), runes, rare improvements, and other materials.
Some question Vargos' loyalty to the Aldmeri Dominion, as it is rumored that he lost left eye to a Dominion Soldier. However, others believe that Vargos' patch is merely to protect his left eye during his back alley brawls.
