Hi all,
My tag is @Varelsa (call me V for short). I've played MMOs back to UO, but it wasn't until WoW that I discovered the social aspects of MMOs. I was a raid leader for a casual guild in WoW—Vanilla thru WotLK—I also enjoyed creating all kinds of in-game events including rally races, scavenger hunts, PvP melees, plays, readings, guild radio station broadcasts, etc. I'm not a role player but I appreciate people who know how to make their own fun.
I'll end up playing Tanks of every class, probably a hybrid DPS or two, and maybe a Healer as a lark down the road. I'm just starting Greenshade and my alts are starting or working on Auridon. I enjoy good company and like to group—even if the phasing makes it a bit of work. I also like to instance, preferably at level; no time like the present to start figuring out how aggro and other mechanics work, but I'm happy to redo dungeons with any levels after.
I am in no hurry to get to 50, but at endgame I plan on having a great time in PvP while prioritizing my build points to PVE. I also want to PVE one, or at a stretch two, nights a week with relaxed, punctual, and fair minded folks who do their best, work to improve, and play to have fun.
Group invites are definitely welcomed. I'm looking forward to meeting you all in game. ;-)
