Grinning Moons Inn,
On the border of Elsweyr and Valenwood.
"Have you met Ri'Sari?" Do'Raun asked. Dar'Zakir looked blankly at him for a moment. In his paw he toyed with a glass of Khajiiti wine, spinning it on its edge. It was an inch from tipping and spilling when Do'Raun growled at him. The fierce yellow eyes of the Cathay-raht bore in Dar'Zakirs head.
The spinning stopped. The two Khajiit brothers looked at one another, a slight contempt in their eyes. "This one does know the name. But he has not met him, no." Dar'Zakir answered letting go of his glass. His own yellow eyes scanned the luxurious Inn. Their eyes were the one thing the two had in common. Born on different moon phases and living in different worlds, Do'Raun every bit the hulking warrior, strong, brutal and meaner than a pissed off Senche and Dar'Zakir, Clever, fast and a taste for the kill.
Both brothers where of questionable intent almost always. Maybe not to a Khajiit, but to an Altmer? Most deffinetly. They were both loosely employed to a new faction of trading. Not new to the Khajiit, but with the added bonus of war access to Altmer lands, the Skooma business was really picking up. Dealers everywhere were picking up in the hype and filling their pockets. The Khajiit brothers where gladly filling their own.
"Dar'Zakir is glad you lead this one to him though. He cant say a blue skooma sounds very good, but the new product should attract some attention. Dar'Zakir will gladly reap the reward with his brother.... even though he wants this one dead most of the time." Dar'Zakir said in a grudging tone, and rubbed the scar on his face.
Do'Raun growled again and struck him with a massive paw on his head, and spoke in a hushed tone. "Shut up! Or Do'Raun will give you another scar. Maybe this time on the other end with his boot." Dar'Zakir frowned. "Who is it we are going to kill today again? Why can this on not get any Moon sugar to sweeten his headache?"
Do'Raun tilted his head in the direction of their target. A few tables over was an Altmer in heavy Armor drinking and casualy reading a book. "Captain, Barsulda. He focuses on Skooma related things. Things that would do Ri'Sari harm. If we wont the coin, we must not let him get a scent for the Blue skooma, else he would chase us out of Tamriel. And you are too slow, on Moon Sugar."
Dar'Zakir looked up to his brother. "This one thinks he has a strange name for an elf. Why not kill him now? There are few to see us." Do'Raun scoffed. "He has come to investigate all the Deadra around Dune. Good, to kill him now, yes. Better to kill him and blame the Deadra." Dar'Zakir smiled and rubbed his paws together. "Very well, Dar'Zakir will make his murder look like a murder..... but not a murder of the Khajiit kind, yes?"
Do'Raun nodded, then stood. "We move tonight. When the Two moons smile on us in the sky and light the way for our claws." WIth that he walked out of the Inn, leaving Dar'Zakir on his own. Dar'Zakir grinned like a mad cat, and began spinning his glass on its edge, fixing his eyes on his prey.
(To be continued.... Like what you have read? Feel free to watch from the shadows, or perhaps bump into one of the brothers on your travels. Add your own RP to this post and help or hinder my characters. Kinda of want to get a forum RP going I guess. enjoy!)
