Some high level vampires are using a combination of passives and skills to (literally) mow down complete groups of players.

Here's the full report (compiled from Reddit): http://blueskooma.co/pvp/vampire-pvp-cheese/

If you're heading into Cyrodiil, be on the lookout.

Ohhh. The site is looking so nice. I'm sure ultimate will be hard capped by the Dawnguard along with some other skills traits that have been causing balance issues. Thanks for the read. :)

I get an error when trying to reply on the site even though I made an account.

What's the error? I'll see if I can troubleshoot.

I saw this last night. It was horrible. A single man, who happened to be emperor, turned into a swarm of bats that ate all living flesh in its path! A single man, or monster mind you, completely halted our 40 man siege and drove us back all the way to our outpost, leaving a trail of dead comrades. The power was incredible.

Ah, so this is why I am still constantly seeing players wanting to buy vampire bites. From a gameplay perspective, this is disturbing. When something becomes so overwhelming that one must have it in order to succeed, there's a problem.

Indeed. Vampire and werewolf should be viable because people like doing those in ES games and, let's be honest, they're fucking cool. But you shouldn't have to pick up one of those to be good. For example, I will never make Ja'Kasim a vampire because it would fuck with his IC story. They've done a good job with making stuff from the different guilds be good without being "required", so I hope they're able to tweak vampire to its intended power level.

I think they should make vampires and werewolves more sparse. Cut down the frequency so that it is truly a rare sight to see. But they need to balance both classes/monsters/races/whatever you call them, so that everyone can enjoy PvP again.

I don't think scarcity is the problem. On Aradate I got my werewolf the hard way (nearly a week in Reaper's March trying to get infected). While I have heard many complain time and time again it made me feel like I earned it when I finally did get infected, but making it even less scarce would make it near impossible for more casual players to become infected.

In regards to balance, I don't see werewolf as needing anything done to it (at least not negative). All of our passives are linked directly to our transformation which only has a set duration and is still buggy as all hell. On Vampires, I've seen it both ways and have taken down a few myself in Cyrodiil. There are problems that need to be fixed with them; however, continuing to try and "swarm the bat" would be about as healthy for you as swarming a properly specced templar. The more corpses you give them the longer they are going to stay up. Just my ten pence.

Indeed. Werewolf seems like it's in a good place. If anything, perhaps it could use a tiny boost, but from what I've seen, it seems pretty good. Vampire is great. They just need to tweak the numbers or cap the healing part of the AoE.
