The Fight Pit

Place your bets to win some serious coin or test your steel against others in this exciting new event!

How it works

1. Two fighters agree to a best out of 3 dice roll using http://rolz.org/group#
2. Spectators place their bets on who will win the fight
3. The winner of each roll emotes a roleplay combat action
4. Winning bets recieve a 50% payoff. (1,000g will get you 1,500g)

This should be a great spectating event where you can get to know others in the company, too!

How to run the event

Event Manager 1:

• Find some fighters and invite to a group before the event starts.
• Get fighters to the same dice room at http://rolz.org/group#
• Explain how the fight will work. (Best 2 of 3 in dice rolls and an emote after each roll.)
• Call for bets. Bets should be sent to your mail with the name of the fighter they are betting on.
• Once each fight starts, call for no more bets.
• Once each fight ends, award winning bets with their bet +50%.
• After fights are over, split the earned coin with manager 2.

Event Manager 2:

• Keep reminding the guild that the event starts in hours/minutes.
• Find a location to hold the event and provide instructions on how to get there in guild chat.
• Talk to the fighters so you have a way to introduce them IC for each fight.
• Call fighters to the pit IC.
• Announce each fighter before a fight IC.
• Call the winner of each fight IC.
• After all fights, announce the champion IC.
