Team Scavenger Hunt

Hunt down items for the company with other members in this event that will test your resourcefulness and cooperation skills!

How it works

1. Pay attention to guild chat leading up to the event to find out where you will need to go.
2. Head to the meeting location and make sure you aren't in a group.
3. Wait for the event manager to ask who needs a group and ask them for a group invite.
4. The event manager will put you in a group with 3 other members for the event.
5. Pay attention to receive the list of items. The manager will only say it once and others not in your group may try to deceive you!
6. Return to the event manager in-person to give the items and receive your reward and title.

How to run the event

Event Manager 1:

• Work with Event Manager 2 to decide on the list of items.
• Ask repeatedly who needs a group for the team scavenger hunt leading up to the event.
• Invite 4 guild members to a group at a time and leave. Preferably groups of members that don't know one another.
• Help groups find new members if someone in theirs disconnects. You will likely be filling groups even after the event has started.

Event Manager 2:

• Work with Event Manager 1 to decide on the list of items.
• Initiate roleplay with members as they arrive.
• Give a speech hinting or explaining why the company is in need of the following items and the reward(s) for retrieving them.
• List the items in /yell only once.
