It was not a kind nickname; for in the academy he lacked the finesse and grace of many smaller Altmer. He managed to blind his own eye by drawing a longbow past its breaking point. However, he one day found his true calling when a diminutive classmate jokingly suggested he pick up a greatsword. As it turned out: Rapier was very good at swinging heavy things into other things. Rapier was an Orc in a High Elf's body. He further developed his skills of thing-hitting by taking up the hammer of a blacksmith, which has time and time again, doubled as a maul to crush his enemies. Rapier does not have the time or patience for subtlety. He wades in to battle in heavy plate swinging the largest weapon he can find, and supplements it with a variety of damaging majicks. He is happiest atop a pile of broken bodies, smiling in the knowledge that he has served the Dominion well.
(( Hi all, I'm Dave, or Rapier, Or RapierTwoThree depending on which game you see me in. I was pointed in Blue Skooma's direction by @Pedestrian12th, a friend from my other gaming-social group, Quant. It's been a while since I have played a proper MMO, but I was heavily involved in Burning Crusade back near the end of High School. I am a 24 year old university graduate just starting my career in real estate, and I bartend on the side to keep the lights on. Aside from ESO, which I only started playing this weekend, I can usually be found playing Planetside 2, Titanfall, Civ V, Wargame Red Dragon, DayZ, Arma III, MWO, Smite, and DCS World, along with a smattering of others. I am heavily invested in Star Citizen and look forward to it greatly. My Steam ID is RapierTwoThree if anyone plays the same games as I do and wants to join me, and I have admin privileges on a buddy's ts3 server for non- Blue Skooma activities. I'm not a huge roleplayer, but I'll do my best to go with the flow and not ruin it for the rest of you. See you out there!))
