Jo'kyrr calls you her kittens-- but not all of you are Khajiit. That is good: not all of those Jo'kyrr intends to serve will want the desert-walkers, and perhaps in many circumstances, gentler paws will be needed.
This one welcomes you, loves you, and will protect you: never have a doubt of that.
However, there are also many rules and expectations which you, as her workers, will be expected to follow-- and failure will herald most dire consequences.
Do not fret, little ones.
Jo'kyrr may be sharper than her claws, but she is also as soft as her fur.
She understands some of you are only learning.
You will be allowed one mistake, and be forgiven one offense.
Only one.

Listen well, and learn the standards that you will be held to.

tenant one: do not get attached.
This is the most important rule. Do not get attached to your client. Do not get attached to your job. No matter how sweetly you treat them-- or they treat you, you are only doing your duty. You are being paid for a service, and you will not perform that service to Jo'kyrr's expectations if you let your mind wander into impossibilities.
tenant two: receive your payment before you deliver
Khajiit will not have her services rendered for free. She will not have her workers taken advantage of. You will be polite, but firm: you will not give the client what he wishes until after his coin is safely within our pockets.
tenant three: deliver
If you have been paid for a service, you will perform that service. Jo'kyrr will be aware of any indiscretions, and she will not be pleased if she learns that her escorts are not performing duties that they have been paid for.
tenant four: expect to be respected.
Jo'kyrr will not stand for any mistreatment of her workers. If there is a mistreatment, you will inform her, and she will take care of the situation.
tenant five: use the protection you are given
You will be provided potions for use in your services. You will use them: they are crafted specifically for our purposes. They are a contraceptive, and a curative. A preventative for any of the unsavory illnesses that might come through our doors. If Jo'kyrr learns that you have been lax in your precautions, you will be dismissed.
tenant six: you will not steal from the guild
For the safety of my Kittens, and the smooth workings of this charter, this one forbids her workers from arranging Contracts within the Guild. She will not protect the guilty party from Ri'sari's wrath if you are caught doing this.
Any Companion caught working outside of Jo'kyrr's-- or Adiien's-- orders will be immediately dismissed from the Commune, and any unpaid wages forfeit.
Jo'kyrr and Adiien will arrange all in-guild contracts for their workers, and will be responsible for the satisfaction of both worker and client. When you find a willing customer within the Guild, you must direct them to Jo'kyrr or Adiien to arrange the interaction.
However, outside of the Guild, we issue no rules, and offer no protection. If you wish to arrange your own clients, so long as they are not a member of BlueSkooma, you may do so as you wish...
but remember: all protection and liability is withdrawn from Contracts that Adiien and Jo'kyrr do not arrange.
You will be on your own.
Of course, for those few kittens with previous obligations within the Guild (a marriage, for example), there is an exception that applies to that kitten's mate or previous obligation.

Regarding Payment;;
Of course, you must be wondering--
how will Jo'kyrr exact her tribute for these services?
It will work in this manner:
Client will come to Jo'kyrr-- or Adiien-- with their requests, and she will interview them. She will decide which of her kittens will be best suited for the assignment, and then once an agreement has been made, Client will then send payment to Jo'kyrr.
Jo'kyrr and Adiien will then bring the Client and the Kitten together, and the Kitten will perform.
The Company under which Jo'kyrr operates will receive fifty percent of the fee.
The Kitten performing the services will receive forty percent.
And Jo'kyrr and Adiien will retain ten percent.
Currently our flat rate for services ranges between 1k (gold) and 3k (gold) dependent on what the client desires, and the experience/skill of the Companion.
The only ones at the higher end of the pricing are Jo'kyrr herself, and Adiien-- the Courtesans.
All others will range from 1k to 2.5k.
Kittens will retain all earnings from their own private contracts.
When a Companion has proven themselves to Adiien and Jo'kyrr, that one will be given permission to begin arranging their own Contracts within the guild. There will be no Management Fee for these transactions, however the Guild will still expect to be paid their 50% of your in-guild Contracts.
