I ment to post this a while ago, but im lazy so shove off!

I understand Banes conditions and what not. I know it must be hard for some one like that and yeah it has to suck.

But...

His/Her actions IC and OOC are becoming increasingly hard to deal with, as im sure you all have noticed. While I feel no ill will against him I can not say that he belongs in the guild. His RP is quite frankly terrible. while that is not a big deal, his refusal to listen to advise and or ooc sugestions makes him very hard to stomache.

I know of several in the guild whom have straight up put this guy on ignore and if you like Bane im sorry. I dont feel it is fair to force our members to have to deal with him. IC or OOC. and I would ask that a vote or somthing be made to remove him, i know he has been kicked before but this time it should be a perma kick.

If you dont want to be the bad guy, is a problem for anyone I am more than willing to do it myself and explain to him as respectfully as possible why. Have a good one guys.

I know somthing has been done previously about her, and if this conflicts with that please explain the situation, as I am not fully aware of whatever was done in the last post involving her.

No vote I say. Ri'sari choose to make an exception to the "No re-invites rule" And let gave her a second chance. She squandered it, and now she must be let go.

Having a mental disability myself, I had the same 'moral dilemma' when I first removed her from the guild, but the truth is, if she is giving you or guild members a hard time, we as managers have to deal with it and make no exceptions. If she was previously spoken to before (Which she has) and isn't listening, then for the guilds best interest, you should let her go. It will only lead to larger problems ahead.

That being said however, I haven't seen Bane J Canra (@skullcrusher180) causing any problems lately, so I can't attest to it. That being said though, based off my experiences with her, if another manager says they are having problems with her, I'm inclined to believe them and won't be opposed to kicking. From a manager's standpoint however, I have seen no reason to kick her again as a yet.

I'll echo the statements I said yesterday in another post: Don't do anything if you don't have solid proof. Document everything. Screenshots, chat logs - get what you can.

When the times comes, comfront Bane easily. Let him know what's going on, and do it. If they ask for proof, don't show it all at once (as not to overwhelm) but play it like a card game - show your cards one at a time.

Above all else... Tread carefully.

Well, I supose a little bit longer wouldnt hurt. It is a troubling situation I agree and yeah I guess i have no proof, but im am almost certain most of you have encountered it at least once, and while saying somtihng to him he is not overly unreasonable, but it feels as if five minutes later I have to say something again. I will not kick him untill everyone has had a say in this and Ri'Sari gives the all clear. While I feel most of his antics are minor it is a problem that will just keep coming up. Its entirely up to the rest of you guys. I wont do anything untill im told to.

and as an added note It has been a few days since anything has happened that i felt was not in the spirit of the guild. Maybe if it continues this way we just wont have to worry about it and id be more than happy tokeep him, in the event that good behavior continues. Please know that I do not want to kick him just because i think he is annoying. I simply feel that his attitude in RP or otherwise is just not somthing other RPers may want to be around. I understand that he can be ignored but we can not ask everyone in the guild to do that, simply because we refuse to fix a problem. My primary concern is the ones affected that dont have a voice in this forum.

I did that with him one before, but this is a quote taken from Ri'sari from the first time we discussed Bane:

Ri'sari wrote
Way more work is going in to this than needed. I think it's enough to take managers at their word when it comes to things like this. If you decide you need to kick someone, post about why in this forum just so everyone knows what's going on. People who are kicked will almost ALYWAYS play innocent after the fact and try to get back in. I would prefer it if when people are kicked, they are kicked for good. Skullcrusher does not belong in this guild.

The only reason he is back in the guild now is because someone from within the guild was telling him where the RP events were taking place and he was always showing up at them, so someone let him back in.

If you want something against him, I just recalled a problem a few of us had with him. I have the spread sheet from the auction Last Saturday as proof. Bane was driving up the prices on a lot of the items and did not intend to pay when he won an item (We had to force him to pay when he did win an item)

Fact it, this is the second thread on the Manager's Forum about a manager having problems with her. That should be proof enough she does not belong in the guild.

I will remove Bane and send a mail about why when I get online today. I will make it clear that they are not welcome to our events and that many will have them on ignore. I know they have friends in the guild that may invite them in the future. I won't ask people not to invite their friends to our roleplays because we have absolutely no way of enforcing where people can be. Trying to will only lead to problems and greater disruption.

It would be nice to know who is inviting him to our events if anyone is feeling particularly nosey. :)

There may not be anyone inviting her to the events--
I believe the events page in the guild is open for all to view, and therefore she may simply be following that and using it to know where we are hosting events at.

It does not say where but she could be teleporting to one of us.

(( I am removing you from the guild. Several managers have reported that you have continued to be disruptive. Please do not attend any of our future events out of respect for this deciscion. Best of luck to you. ))
