Thank you for extending me your invitation. Please, sit down and join me, allow me to introduce myself. Would you care for some honeyed pudding?
I am Naruil, Altmer sorcerer. While I am skilled in the healing arts, it seems that the time has come to pass when I must once again take up destruction magic and become a "sellstaff", as it were. This is not a pleasing thought, but one must make ends meet.
I was born in Senchal after my parents travelled there to treat an outbreak of the Knahaten Flu. While our family escaped the plague unharmed, a great many did not, and the city of my youth was a rather empty and poverty-stricken one. My parents and I stayed and helped to rebuild as we could, but many quarters of the city remain abandoned or in ruins to this day. In any case, skooma cartels ruled the streets, and it was not long before I fell in with one. I will demur on the details of my dealings with them for the time being, as we are only still getting to know one another, but suffice it to say that my arcane talents were appreciated, and I soon rose in the ranks. Perhaps my contacts there could prove useful, who is to say. But that is a topic for a more serious conversation.
(Hello, I'm Janis, 26 and from Canada. I have limited RP experience, though I've been an Elder Scrolls fan for many years now. Even so, it's tough getting all the lore organized in my head, so apologies if I've made any grievous errors. My IRL boyfriend and I have both been playing ESO since launch and I'm very impressed with it so far, with great hopes for future development. My in-game handle is @JanisJames. I have many alts, (my main is actually Madali, a VR1 Dunmer Nightblade, though she is in Ebonheart) and a skilled artisan in all crafts aside from enchanting and alchemy.
