Where in Tamerial is Anira

I often take time to explore various nooks and crannies all along Tamriel throughout the Elder Scrolls series, and throughout all of them i come across places where i would love to have other people come and experience the the beauty of the world the TES team creates, and Elder Scrolls Online is no exception to this. Across the Aldemeri Dominion lands ALONE i have come across many such places. I showed many of you such a place when you attended the Right of Claim Ceremony, or if you have seen some of the screen shots i have posted. This lead me to think of an old game/tv show i used to like when i was young. "Where in the World is Carmen San Diego" With this in mind let introduce you all to the event i have come up with and the name of this thread. "Where in Tamriel is Anira?" It's an event that if i plan and save accordingly i should be able to host once a week.

The event will be as follows:

On the given day, just before thetime of the event, I will randomly select a zone. I will walk my character into this zone THEN set my status to appear offline. This way you know what ZONE to check, but may not know where in the zone. and cannot whisper me to try and steal a clue. None of the places i select will be dungeons. and ALL will be accessable on foot in some fashion or another. whether it requires walking, jumping, swimming, they will all be accessable by some means of conventional travel. It is your job to find me. see where i may have hidden myself this time.

The reward for finding me in person is INITIALLY 5000g. The first clue to my location will be given for free. every subsequent clue will subtract 100g from the total reward money. If no one has found me by the time the reward reaches zero then i will announce where it was that i was, and invite interested members to Party so that they can warp as close to me as possible and find me. ALL clues will be posted to Guild Chat so that everyone has a chance to see them. Once i give a clue it can be repeated once and only once, and only the last clue given will be repeated. For example. I give the first clue (1). after about 5 minutes someone asks for a Clue(2). I will give a clue and alert the guild that the reward has been reduced. if ten minutes later someone asks for a clue another will be given (3). If someone asks me to repeat the clue. only the most recent clue in this case clue number 3 will be repeated. It will be up to you to keep track of the clues i have given if you wish to succeed.

Clues may be cryptic or they may be straight forward. but either way i will not say the same clue twice. So if i say.. "I can see the waterfall where the ceremony was held from here" . there won't be a clue along the lines of "From where Anira is. This one can see a waterfall cascading near the root of an elder tree" and vice versa.

This event is meant to be fun and as such can be taken on by members working together as a group, or by members going solo and trying to find me. Groups will have more minds and eyes on the puzzle and thus possibly have a better chance to find me, but will have to split the reward. Where as a single player may have a harder time finding me on their own, but would receive the full remaining reward. The choice is yours. Remember though.. it is a race. only the FIRST character/group to find me will receiv the prize money.

(( here is what I came up with for the Guild Chat announcement for the event. I thought it would be more enticing to move it to saturday that way it would inspire more people to participate in both the event and the Auctiom/Pit Fight events as they would have more gold. what do you all thhink??
