I am not quite feeling ready to run a commune as such but I would like to put forward an offer to assist all with behind the scenes things to help with the load, hopefully this way I will learn the ropes and perhaps oneday lead a commune if needed.

My aim is to help with the running of events smoothly, although I am amazed how Ri'sari can balance several chats and RPing at the same time :dizzy: I noticed today Qa'han had trouble running his RP due to other Guild issues arising and was causing him stress. Stress not good.

No, no its not.
I appreciate any help I can get from Managers and from the members. I've actually noticed some regular members taking the initiative to clean up the bank (Stacking) and each time I send a short personlized message thanking them for taking a little work off my shoulders (Most times with a little treat attached)

Since this is being brought up, something I was thinking is to have 3-4 mini managers not assigned to a specific commune to help where its' needed. These mini managers won't be marked on the actual guild as managers, but we will invite them into the BSC Management Guild where we can get a hold of them easlily to run a task or something: I.E: "Could you contact this person to explain whats going on?" "I forgot to get ____ from the Vault, could you get it while I explain whats happening?"

Yep, well I can assist you there, also in the Bank department, I started to do that yesterday and then stopped because I thought maybe ppl like little stacks, so I left it.

I can help in a lot of admin ways too, I am online a lot and so can fiddle with stuff without too much pressure because I can do it anytime. I own and run my own website, social media etc so the admin side of things is normal for me.

The only restraints I have are set time ones, I never know from one minute to the next if I am available for things like set events. Being a mother, a manager and a wife I am pulled in many directions on some days.

Assisting other managers is great, and a big help to those running events. We do, however, need managers to be proactive rather than reactive to another manager's needs. That is the difference between following and leading.

A Manager's Assistant? Interesting! I think at this stage keeping things simple is the way to go. You should be able to rely on other managers from other communes to help you out, or employees either from your own commune, or from the general guild pool.
