Promotion Criteria & Rank Restructuring

Here is an idea I had to spread the promotion work out:

• Applicant applies to guild through commune application.
• Manager approves application & invites applicant in-game.
• Applicant is prompted to introduce themselves in their respective commune forum.
• Manager roleplays with member in their commune.
• Manager promotes in-game and on their forum post if they RP well enough.

I would also like to rename the Collaborator rank to Employee.

Sounds good to me

The first steps all work fine, Im just thinking it might be alot of work for the managers to rp with every new guild member to ensure promotion. Though it probably could work.

A manager could delegate that roleplay to people they trust if they are unable to do it themselves with that particular new member.(which is perfectly understandable, due to people playing different times).
