Introducing this Obsidian One

Obsidian One thanks all for the honor of joining Blue Skooma Co.!

This one was born in Elsweyr, but attained adulthood on Khenarthi's Roost -- and, among Khajiit, an excellent reason to become an adventurer is so one can leave Khenarthi's Roost. So it was with this one.

Obsidian One trained with anyone who would give him the time, but there was no opportunity for him on the island. The vicereeve placed too much trust (or was it fear?) in the treaty with the Maormer and so discouraged the martial arts among the citizens. Once the Maormer betrayed their true ambitions, I was quick to take up arms against them. After the fighting, I would have signed on with Captain Jimila's crew but Razum-Dar said this one had more potential than that and offered service to the Queen. This one is glad to say he took Razum-Dar's advice and had the opportunity to save the Queen's life!

Thus the career of this one has taken a strange turn -- Obsidian One's name is known in high circles of the Dominion (for good or for ill) and there never seems to be any lack of adventure for this one.

Obsidian One is looking forward to a profitable association with Blue Skooma Co. -- for whatever it can teach and for whatever assistance this one can bring to it.

Since familiar with the way of the Nightblade, but trained mostly with heavy armor, bow and two-handed weapons, this one feels a closer kinship with the Sellswords than with other Communes of your guild.

Obsidian One stands ready for instruction, orders and adventure!

Hail recruit!

It is encouraging to hear that you were held in such high trusts of Razum-dar. Perhaps you will not need as much training as the other recruits so I can rely on you to help your fellow sellswords when they fall behind. Your skills and determination are a welcome addition to the company and out commune in particular. Until next we meet, may your sword be quicker and sharper than your foes recruit.

Obsidian One would be most honored to help with other recruits. ((One area I may be of particular help is with building back-stories -- I have a couple of published short stories to my name))

This one also introduces a close comrade, Ravenoak ((my other Dominion alt)):

Ravenoak here! You look like a fine bunch of "businessmen" to associate with. Me, I'm a Bosmer Nightblade and always ready for a fight, a black bag job or a party!

People have said that I'm like Calvin to Obsidian One's Hobbes, but I have no idea what they are taking about. If they say it with a smirk again, I may just show them my knives -- and broaden their smiles for them!

My background? I was born and raised in Ghratwood and always chafed under Altmer rule. I was close to joining the Blacksap, but saw them destroy a family that couldn't give them the full tithe requested. I learned there are worse things than a little repression and those things can spring up in your own home if you're not careful! I quietly killed, and ate the hearts of, each Blacksap responsible and left for Auridon.

These days I support the Dominion, for the most part, but I'm not adverse to a few jobs on the side to line my own pockets or gain a bit of advantage for loyal Bosmer over the Altmer hierarchy.

So let's get cracking!
