Nightblade Dual 1h / Bow build opinions needed

I'm thinking of respeccing to this build, but before I do, I'd like some insight and opinions from other players (both nightblade and you other lowly peon classes) on how you guys believe something like this would work in both soloing and dungeons.

First question is. Do you want to be a damage dealer or tank?

Damage. Although, I have also been considering a tanking specialization, after hearing good things about the Shadow Tanking specs. But for now, I'm focusing on leveling through the Vet ranks with a focus on solo questing, so the answer is damage, damage, and more damage.
