After approval commune leaders and/or co-leaders should ensure that they are promoting to collaborator as required.

In addition, adjust notes in guild roster to reflect what guild members belong to for easier tracking.

Trynnity has been seeking attention to possible RP PvP. This would has the potential to give members a chance to explore Cyrodiil and IC would be of great interest to at least the Sellswords, though all are welcome.

The Companions event for tonight will be rescheduled to due RL issues and lack of interest/participation.

Event fatigue: from scavenger hunts, auctions, etc. was discussed as well. Currently there will be no official changes, but commune leaders should keep an eye out for this and act accordingly. If this continues we may need to discuss it in the next meeting.

Eddie also brought up a possible mini-scavenger hunt type of activity for the Merchant's Commune that is currently still in the stage of creation. This could possible give other commune leaders ideas for their own to create or participate in.

I agree that event fatigue has the potential to become an issue. Thankfully, we already have a schedule up so people can pick and choose which events they want to be part of/ have involved characters in. if participation starts to die down due to fatigue, we might be able to pare down the large events to 3-4 per week and allow small group personal interaction RP on the off days. As a Sellsword, I am interested in the potential of future Cyrodiil PvP events.

Do we have an overarching guild story plot, or not?

I don't know about other people, but the forum setup is still very new to me. I don't know how to upvote/downvote people, or how to promote them. I'm not even sure where applications go when they are submitted. I'll figure it out eventually, but there's not much of a how-to anywhere that I can find.

That's really all I have to add.

Sorry I couldn't be at the meeting. I was super exhausted from filming. >_<

The event schedule is NOT the same starting this week. Each commune has one event day each week where the managers from it can host anything from a RP gathering to challenge for it's members. The idea is for all events to be in character no matter what from now on!

Come up with a loose story arc to get everyone started within your commune. I am working on one or the guild overall.

All new applicants are told of the event days for each commune and it stresses doing your best to attend. Really try to make sure your commune members understand the system and come if they are online!

Please make this happen because it solves event fatigue but offers scheduled RP for members that may want to be more involved. Example of one I've heard: Sellswords go on a manhunt to chase someone down. One of the members agrees to roll an alt (many are willing to) for the rest to track IC.

Sunday: Companions event.
Monday: Screenshot contest ends & new one begins / employee of the week.
Tuesday: Sellswords event
Wednesday: Merchants event.
Thursday: Commune of Secrets event.
Friday: Guild event.
Saturday: Live auction.

Please add your event to the calendar giving a sentence or two of what it will be about.
