I found a great little spot. It is a mages guild in Reaper's March. Not a lot of reason for folks to visit it save for one quest chain, so it is kind of quiet. Lots of little rooms off to the side, a huge table for a large meeting, even a cork board for posting announcements!

The problem behind that is that you would need to complete a quest in Reapers March first to get there (Grant it, a relatively easy quest, but a quest none the less). But I've been there myself and I thought it would be a great place to Role Play.

Get a guild event going where the higher leveled members run the lower ones thru the quest and help them with the combat sections (if any). Its a short quest, if people showed up we could get probably most of the guild thru it in like an hour.
