Resignation/demotion of Ahnyamar

First off I would like to state that I love all of my fellow guildies. yes even you Ri'sari :D
More than half my my enjoyment in this game is playing and being a part of this guild.

Today I asked a question regarding a new policy and was almost instantly insulted in officer chat by Ri'sari.
When I inquired privately wtf, I was met with accusations what I am a terrible manager. that I mistreat our members and don't do anything to help. This line of conversation continued for nearly 30min. I have the entire thing (both sides) documented but per Ri'sari 's request I will not post it here to avoid unnecessary escalation of drama. This post will serve as my reason for stepping down (being demoted) as I feel like I was wronged, insulted, and accused unjustly and without cause.

I do not plan on leaving the guild and though I am not a manager i will still help anyone that asks me to (events included).

I guess my reason for this post is clarification. If I was truly a bad manager and was mistreating our members I would like to be set straight, I will not be angry with anyone if I am way off base and deserved this. I am not a petty person, I just believe in checks and balances and to be honest today I felt like i was blindsided -> pushed to the ground -> and then kicked repeatedly by a bully saying "can't touch this" (queue hammer time) .

Your need to post this exemplifies why you are not a good choice for someone to lead the guild. That said, I am glad you have decided to stay because it's nice having you around.

Checks and balances will come in to play in the near future. The system has been there from the beginning but no one has proven to me that they can handle the responsibility yet.
