Be nice.

Be kind to every member when OOC, regardless of their rank in the guild.

Defuse drama.

Make every attempt to keep drama from spreading. Handle matters with only those members involved and speak about them only to other officers.

Moderate guild chat and the forums.

Do not allow: Offensive remarks, Harassment, Political, and Religious debate.
Discourage: Spamming the same question, WTS & WTB (direct to store / forums), and explicitly sexual chat.

Remove troublesome members.

If the issue is severe and requires immediate action, get a vote from all online officers for unanimous action. This should force a discussion.
Post a thread in this forum about each incident. You should take other officers at their word even without screenshots.

Recruit.

To maintain an active guild atmosphere, we must constantly recruit new members and remove old ones.

To recruit:

[
/z |c00ADFFBlue Skooma is an organized and very active Roleplaying guild established at launch. Daily events, guild rewards, kind community, and two In-Character Organizations to provide a place for any character. Find out why over 400 active Roleplayers call us home. Apply at BlueSkooma.com!
Approve or Deny the application. Look for grammar and how much thought they put in to the answers.

Promote.

Promote members of your organisation once you have Roleplayed with them.
To promote: Approve their organisation application on the site and promote them through the roster in-game.

Contribute to RP.

Help come up with stories, get members involved in RP. Participate in daily events.

Remain active.

Being an officer in this guild is not an achievement or honorary title. We also ask a lot more than most guilds would. If you do not have the time to do the above, then expect to be made a normal member again because everyone must be held to the same standard.

Removal of Members

Guild
1. Inactivity - no log in no stay (2 weeks for Trial members, 4 weeks for full members) If they have advised their absence on forums or to an Officer then these cull times are ignored.

2. Bad behavior, complaints, usually a warning is given first, mistakes can be made so chances are often given for change.

Website
1. Inactivity of 5 weeks or more

Demotion

1. Inactivity (unless advised of absence)
2. Non regular attendance to RP events - my thoughts we are an RP Guild and we want RPrs (This is less a priority than inactivity) However moving people down to a Trial Member status means they are quicker to be culled if we need to make space for new members. I believe because of my recruitment methods of being fairly generous I have given new members ample opportunity to prove themselves.
3. Non-compliance with requirements and expectations of what that title brings with it :- This applies to even Senior Officers and event the Guild Leader - yes Ri'sari has set this up so that even he can be removed/demoted

Website
1. Trial Member Inactivity of 30 days, Full Member 60 days - If the person has left the guild this period becomes null and void.
(I just remove all tags so they become Un-tagged Members - I do not remove them)

2. If they have been banned/kicked from the Guild their access is revoked entirely.
