If this is working as intended... then ESO will win hardest game of the year no problem!
This is my v10 sorceror on EU, at armor cap, being insta-gibbed in about 2 seconds by ranged abilities from a pack of 3 mobs. (This is not in Craglorn proper but regular vr10 zone, as in these are not mobs designed for group content but solo pve!)
As a side note, melee mobs are still cake to solo for a sorceror, even with this _unintended?_ difficulty escalation of late veteran content.
