As most of you already know, Vladimir was kicked from the guild yesterday due to interrupting and being annoying during the roleplay. He is still however a member on the forums. I just want to let you guys know that he is still on the forums and it is your choice if he deserves another chance or gets kicked and banned. (I dont know how to ban myself.)

I looked and cannot find how to stop him, Ill keep looking. He is being annoying now. If you see him in game use the ignore option, and if he harasses during RP report him for harassment. I have already warned him of this.

Ok Banned and deleted his stupid post in Introduce yourself.

And no, I dont want to give him another chance personally he wasted 3/4 of my RP time yesterday dealing with him, and made things difficult for so many others. He is either extremely young, mentally ill, or a highly advance griefer :p or maybe all of the above. I am extremely forgiving and always favour giving people a chance but he goes beyond my level of patience which is pretty good if you know me.

I sometimes like to think that people like this are incredibly clever at griefing. It somehow seems better to the alternatives. I could respect the dedication to the craft.

Our friend Vlad is back and wanting a second chance > See Complaints thread

I am really a bad at this, my nature continually leans towards mercy and giving people second chances, often against my better judgement.

I would vote to allow him back on a trial basis with the full understanding that if he stuffs up again he will be booted - banned and reported to ESO as a griefer/trouble maker that is not wanted in their community as he is a potential issue for other guilds.

I want to put this to y'all because I know I am unbalanced with these kind of decisions.

I really dont know, he was given plenty warnings already and was quite disrespectful of our roleplay session and I do not want that to happen again. Also if we keep giving people second chances, warnings and getting kicked will mean less and less.

I'm iffy on having non-permanent bannings. There's always a reason why they were banned in the first place and it usually doesn't work well. If they have to promise to tone themselves down, is that a solution? They are still, at heart, someone we don't want in our community. That being said, I have never met Vladimir and have no contextual knowledge.
