Last night while passing through Skywatch I observed a Blue Skooma Co. member race through town on their horse. I shadowed them to a warehouse on the south eastern edge of town where I found more members. What i did not find was any way to join in on the conversation. I looked at the ts3 server on this sites homepage but only showed 2 members on. What is the preferred method of joining the conversation. Group chat or TS?

Also how do I go about joining any of our honorable communes? Would you recommend I get in contact with the leader or through these message boards.
