Because we are transitioning the guild in to a group of companies instead of just one, we needed some new rank names. All ranks are OOC. Rank name changes:
Associate -> Trial Member
Collaborator -> Full Member
Manager -> Officer
Senior Manager -> Guild Leader
Owner -> Guild Master
I have promoted Sylvaswift and Qa'Han to the rank of Guild Leader. Their role remains the same except they are now in charge of promoting and demoting Officers. They also hold the power to vote to replace the Guild Master if necessary.
