Communes Informationa and Threads

Where did all the communes threads go? I don't think that should disappear since there is some good things there and people are still using the communes. For example people still consider themselves merchants, companions, silver tongues, sell swords etc.

Moved all the threads in to general and RP. Those forums were not getting used.

Maybe create two new forums for the new clan and company divisions.

I will hold off on that this time. I was hesitant to make the commune ones because I didn't think they'd be used much. If people start posting a lot of stuff related to that then I'll definitely make them.
