The NPC Organization: The Players Who Want to Stay Neutral

I had this random thought last night: The are many in the guild who want to role play, but doesn't want to take sides, and thus are feeling left out. So I was thinking of a neutral Organization: The NPC's

The Idea is simple: These are neutral players who volunteer to take on an NPC Character we need, so that people won't have to take there character out of a role-play because we needed a Clan Mother or an Inspector. That way we won't be calling around in Guild Chat asking people to volenteer, and possibly spoil something.

It's a good idea for later after the organizations take shape.

I agree this could be useful. However I feel sometimes rp will be focused on one of the organizations and at that time the opposing side members who want to rp could also fulfill that function. Ex. Me last night doing the Clan Mother.
