* New RP location - One is good One is evil but characters that join do not have to either

- Provide setting with conflict, avoiding niche guild type stuff,
- Get new people to understand the setting
Interview New applications and process quickly
- no more than a day if possible.
RP with them and give them a task to do.
Guild Title/roles
Recruitment Officer: Ensure recruiting new members in-game and on forums.
Roleplay Guide: Make sure members are interviewed for promotion promptly.
Roster Master: Remove trial members that have not logged in for 14 days.
Guild Scribe: Keep track of guild IC events like this:

Every Officer is to choose a task that they are primarily responsible for to save one person doing everything.
Tryynity is watching all the time to see that everyone does what they are supposed to.
RP interviews can involve a tour of the RP area - Have them TP, interview and then show them the area.
Should not become a pain in the arse for Officers to get done.
