Hello all,

Little information about me: I'm 42 years old, been gaming since I could pickup a controller as a little one. I've rp'd but I'm a bit rusty and willing to learn. I've worked for TSR for 5 years while in college for ceramics back in the early 90's. I'm currently working at a local hospital, so my time online can vary from mornings to evenings. I'm married to my wife now since 1999 when we met playing Ultima Online, her first words to me...I BAN THEE! (if you played UO you know the reference lol)

Looking to get back into roleplay, I used to roleplay my charcters in Everquest 1-2 but people kept calling me an npc or just ignoring me entirely. So I quit playing that way.

Looking to learn how to rp in ESO and meet new people.

Hello & welcome, new one :)

((I was only just joking with my daughter yesterday that she has been gaming since she was a toddler. We have a VTech game console for our disabled child, and she would play it also.

I also love hearing of people who hook up after playing games with each other, it warms my heart.))

A good way to not feel ignored in RP is to engage a specific individual. If you never /emote and just stand there, you will likely feel ignored. You may even be ignored if your /emote's are your characters thought or actions that do not require a response from anyone. This is the most common reason I see people say they feel ignored in Roleplay and no one likes feeling that way.

So, be vocal IC! :)

Yes it was the highlight of my early 20's lol, I was a product tester. So I have card games that never saw the light of day, I have every AD&D guide book and comp books without spending a dime! It was a interesting venture for about 7 years.
