Name:
Kazzah Amirikii
Age:
Unknown
Race:
Khajiit (Suthay-raht)
Flair:
Tricolor Calico fur, Long black hair with beads usually intertwined throughout, often described as small or scrawny
Rumors:
Kazzah will answer to the name Stray.
He holds little reverence for tradition but will “play along”. He will use Khajiit titles because he thinks they are a usuful as a descriptor rather than out of respect. This could be why he does not have a title himself.
He can easily be described as an opportunist in almost all respects although he has an uncharacteristic streak of loyalty.
Kazzah uses skooma often and can sometimes be seen wandering the streets in a daze or chasing “The Dream Lady”
Most of the time Kazzah seems very tactical and intelligent but at moments can be slow to catch on….probably due to the previous rumor.
He takes to the use of magic surprisingly quickly for Suthay-raht.
Kazzah will flee or try to bargain rather than fight if he feels he doesn’t have the upper hand. He prefers to fight from a distance using archery and spells to surprise his enemy, often tipping his arrows in poison and using curses as well as dark magic that will bring pain long after his escape if he must run. He is also talented with dual wielding blades which he will use to take out his opponent quickly if he must fight close quarters attempting to go for vital areas first.
Kazzah is not greedy and prefers more direct means of getting what he wants (theft/direct barter of skills or goods) rather than collecting coin.
Background:
Kazzah doesn’t remember his parents. He was abandoned on the streets of a port city of the Summerset Isles so he presumes they were traders of some sort. For most of his early life he lived on the streets stealing food or running small time scams with whatever group he happen to be affiliated with to survive. This is when he picked up the nickname Stray.
Eventually a Mer ship captain caught Kazzah stealing from his cargo and took pity on him by offering him a choice at a better life as a crew member of his merchant ship The Singer or being turned into the authorities. Seeing an opportunity for free meals he chose the first offer.
At this point in Kazzah’s life he did very well for himself. He proved to be an adaptable crew member of The Singer for the 10 years he was aboard and a crafty trader. He was able to see past the immediate monetary value of the merchandise often working deals to trade up for goods that could be sold at higher value in other ports. During his spare time he taught himself to read using spell books that were being shipped. The captain was grooming him to eventually take over The Singer.
Eventually one of the crew members convinced Kazzah to try skooma that was smuggled aboard. He began searching it out at every port and bringing it aboard. He was often under the influence of skooma an unable to do his job as a crew member, making dangerous decisions, and chasing hallucinations of someone he called “The Dream Lady”. He would trade merchandise for skooma instead of more useful products and skim profits to pay for his habit. The captain tired of giving him chances to clean himself up and again he was abandoned at port in the Summerset Isles. The captain left him with a hefty amount of gold to pay for his years of service which he slowly wasted on skooma sharing it with anyone around to have a good time.
Kazzah ended up back where he started, living on the streets, stealing food, and running small time scams.
