My King,
I know how you hate honorifics, so here is my report to date. Broken Bottle merchants and Sugar-Claw clan both set up headquarters in Greenshade. Laughably, doesn't seem this was foreseen by either side. Conflict soon likely. Sugar-Claw held sporting event: brawling matches to demonstrate their power. A black-furred khajiit and a brown-furred one with a bit of a gut distinguished themselves. Second was called Qa'iit.
I sincerely apologize for lack of further details on this event, reason is my own fault. A woman, Breton I think, caught by Sugar-Claw agent Sumar; presented to Ri'sari. I pleaded her defense. She was released; I guided her to Broken Bottle HQ. Below are my assessments of those involved.
Ri'sari: Sugar-Claw leader. Like a dremora, but with more insecurities to compensate for. Could be frequently using skooma, or just crazy.
Sumar: Dunmer spy. Maybe independent, maybe working for another faction. Perceptive. Occasionally smells of alchemy. Have arranged to sell him information about the Broken Bottle.
black-furred khajiit: solid fighter, probably above my level. Somewhat perceptive. Probably wants to smack me around.
Qa'iit: Overheard him speaking much of honor. Possibly could turn his loyalties with that. Needs more observation.
Jar'dur: big male Redguard vampire, applying to the Broken Bottle. A solid asset, though probably not to you.
Calomel: blundering human healer. Hates skooma. Lacked knowledge of Sugar-Claws. Will investigate why she was spying on Ri'sari.
If I send no more letters, know that Ri'sari's people are likely responsible.
M.H.
