Senior Officers Meeting

I want to know if it is possible to call a Senior Officers Meeting to be held just before the Weekly Meeting?

I want to discuss some things, which then could possibly be brought up at the Officer's Meeting later. Afterward is ok too and then we can bring it up at the next meeting after that I guess.
