Background: Galrandor's parents were lost in a massive storm between Auridon and Valenwood. He was picked up, miraculously alive, by a group of Altmer merchants who only operated within the Dominion. He grew up to despise the other warring factions (The Ebonheart Pact and the Daggerfall Covenant) after constant raids during merchant runs. Constant thefts, burglaries, and raids caused Galrandor to also grow up to loathe the idea of crime, more than most of the guards of any major Dominion settlement. As a result, he has done everything in his power to legally rid the Dominion of criminals.
