6-17-14 Officer Meeting Topics

- Organizations: How are they working?
- Thoughts on Woodhearth? Is there a better place to go?
- Story: Must resolve Clan Mother issue to bring both organizations together so guild RP can be in one place most of the time from now on
- "Subplots" Get members to start their own stories so they don't have to wait for RP events.
- In Character chat channel rundown and opinions
- Varying event times? Notice most are on from 7PM to 1AM EST
- Recruitment process: Is it working? Should we only have one application that has a built in character sheet? Should we require joining an organization?
- Ri'sari is working on a new Officer guide. Suggestions?

I am not sure the two applications things is working, some people wont know what side they want to be on and some may not want to pick a side cant there be a middle ground someone or group who works both sides of the fence. Just a thought I dont know.

I think the problem is more that new people are under the impression they have to choose a faction immediately, and so they panic not sure which to pick. I am fairly certain that one of the two sides would work for everybody, even if only in a token fashion such as in Ansaari's case. We just need to make it known better that the choice is not set in stone and that it does not mean they are limited to only RPing with the faction they chose.
