Name: Arisel

Age: 25

Race: Khajiit

Flair: Tufts of fur on her ears that stand up a few inches.

Rumors: Arisel is a very powerful healer, having been taught by Khajiiti healers in Reaper's March over the past several years. It is rumored that she is able to heal nearly any ailment or wound, so long as her patient isn't already dead. Arisel is also very gifted with the knowledge of the body. She has been able to study the anatomy of both mer and man, giving her a deep understanding of how the body works. This has helped her immensely when dealing with a specific injury to heal, such as an eye gouge or a severed limb. She knows how to reattach body parts using both her majicka and surgical skills if needed.

Background: Arisel is not actually from Reaper's March. She was born on the small island of Khenarthi's Roost, where it is rumored that her parents grew the moonsugar to make Skooma. It is unknown to her how she ended up in Reaper's March, but she was ultimately raised by the priestesses of Jone and Jode, where she learned to become a master at healing both on and off a battlefield.

Arisel became tangled up with the Blue Skooma Co. after they thwarted her plot to steal food from Woodhearth to take back to Khenarthi's Roost during a famine. Thankfully they were merciful, or she's not sure she would still be here.

Most recently, Ri'sari has named Arisel the Clan Mother of the Sugar Claw Clan. A great honor that comes with great responsibility.

Background continued: Since meeting members of the Blue Skooma Co. Arisel has saved Ri'sari's life three times, Dar'Atrabi's life once, and J'Zhirr's life once.

Saved lives counter:

Ri'sari - 3
Dar'Atrabi - 1
J'Zhirr - 1

Love this character, already want to RP with her. :) Definitely a fan of the "taking pain for healing" may have to borrow, okay steal, some of that for my own healing skills. Also love that you made a morally good character (or at least a kind one). We need more of those.

S'ren-ja, Elsweyr with the members of the Sugar Claw Clan. She leads the clan now with the title "Clanmother."

Part 2: Growing Up

15. How would you describe your childhood in general?
Disciplined.

16. What is your earliest memory?
Praying at the temple of Jone and Jode.

17. How much schooling have you had?
Almost 20 years, and she is only 25.

18. Did you enjoy school?
Most times.

19. Where did you learn most of your skills and other abilities?
At the monasteries in Reaper's March. She also traveled around Tamriel for a time with the Mage's Guild. Her closest mentor was a mage named Rerindel, who tried so hard to teach Arisel destruction spells, but she could not grasp them as well as healing and shield spells. He was a dear friend who went missing 3 years ago after volunteering on a team to check out a Dwemer ruin.

20. While growing up, did you have any role models? If so, describe them.
Many of the priestesses of Jone and Jode. Arisel admired how much they cared about the Khajiiti culture and the world around them, so Arisel adopted their views.

21. While growing up, how did you get along with the other members of your family?
Pretty well with the other students taught at the monastery, except for one Khajiit girl who always made fun of Arisel's fur for "looking like a senche tiger."

22. As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
An adventurer.

23. As a child, what were your favorite activities?

24. As a child, what kinds of personality traits did you display?
Quiet, disciplined.

25. As a child, were you popular? Who were your friends, and what were they like?

26. When and with whom was your first kiss?
A drunken Imperial who grabbed her into a kiss while she was walking by the tavern when she visited Riften with the Mage's Guild at 18 years old. She doesn't like to consider that her first.

27. Are you a virgin? If not, when and with whom did you lose your virginity?
No. Ri'sari at 25 years old.

28. If you are a supernatural being (i.e. mage, werewolf, vampire), tell the story of how you became what you are or first learned of your own abilities. If you are just a normal human, describe any influences in your past that led you to do the things you do today.
Arisel witnessed the death of a Bosmer child when she was 15. The child and his family had been attacked by bandits, his family slaughtered. She and the others with her did all they could to save it, but it was not enough. The image of that child still haunts her today, and is the reason she will work herself to the point of exhaustion to save a life.
