Physical Description
Alyssia only stands about 5'5” and hides her athletic frame beneath dark, loose fitting men's clothing. Her fiery hair is clean but slightly unkempt and bright emerald eyes peer out from beneath a mess of bangs. Alyssia is attractive but the way she dresses and carries herself gives her more “boyish good looks” than any form of feminine beauty. Though, If anyone ever gets the chance to see her out of her leathers, they would see the more womanly curves she tries to hide. Her body is marked not only by scars from previous battles but a number of tattoos. Around each upper arm is an intricate knot work design and upon her left forearm is the head of a wolf surrounded in lightning. The two moons are hinted in the image behind the wolf's head. Upon her left shoulder blade is a burn scar in the shape of a dragon in flight. It looks to have been branded into her skin at a young age yet never properly healed as the flesh around it is still pink. Those close to her know that it still causes her pain at times and is very sensitive to touch. In her left ear is a wolf head stud made of platinum. Upon her right ring finger she wears a sapphire signet ring with the same image that is branded upon her shoulder.


Personality
For the most part, Aly carries herself as a good natured and fun loving person. She has a quick wit and when around friends and comrades she does her best to bring a smile to people's lips and is quick to engage in a bawdy tavern song or any other spur of the moment fun making. Quirky and charismatic, she often wears a roguish and lopsided grin upon her lips and takes delight in flirting and joking with those around her. Her voice is husky and she speaks with a thick brogue that she seems to be able to lose almost completely if she so chooses. This does not keep her from taking things seriously when the situation calls and is just as readily known for her violent and quick temper. Her personality can shift like the winds and one moment the warrior can be laughing and joyful only to have the warmth drain from her eyes and be replaced by a cold, empty stare that can be unnerving to some. She delights in chaos, and the icy killer within her can explode at any moment. Her rages are destructive and often deadly to those who are not of “her pack”. Though she is not a werewolf (At the time of this telling) she has a very wolfish personality. Loyal and dedicated to those she loves and calls friend, she is just as uncaring of anyone outside of that title. Behind the jokester's mask lay something far more dangerous and calculating.

Background[/u]
Not much is known of Alyssia's background. She talks little of it unless pushed. What is known is that she grew up the daughter of an exiled noble and was well educated despite her family's remote homestead. She seems to hold a great deal of anger in regards to her family and often jokes about how her father was rather disappointed when his daughter inherited the family's “gift” instead of his son.

Fighting Style[/u]
Alyssia wears a broadsword slung low upon each hip and upon her back is a Nord short bow. Along with a number of other smaller weaponry tucked away and hidden in places. She is lightly armored, preferring mobility on the battle field as she ducks, weaves, and spins about her opponents (Often hurling insults in order to further enrage them). She is a pretty good shot with the bow but usually prefers cutting down her prey with her blades. Called reckless by many, she seems to almost have a death wish during battle...sometimes going into an almost berserker rage and ignoring wounds. This doesn't always work to her benefit and she sometimes can get too cocky.

Rumors[/u]

1. Alyssia is known by both friend and foe as the “Stormwolf”.
2. The Kanath family has a long and at times sordid history. History states their bloodline carries within it a gift given in ancient days by a Dragon who made a bargain with one of her ancestors. It is both a blessing and a curse and it is said gives her the magical ability to harness electricity. It is also said that any with this ability also is plagued by insanity.
3. She has a weakness for a wide variety of narcotics and is a known drinker. To the point of it becoming a problem at times. She takes the drugs as a means of pain control but what the pain comes from is a subject she will not speak of.
4. There is a long list of lovers in her past both male and female. Some of which would like to see her dead.
5. She has a weakness for children, animals, and those who are defenseless. Mistreatment of them in her presence will always elicit a very negative reaction.
6. It is whispered that both her parents are dead. Murdered by a mad half-brother when she was only fourteen. An older full brother is thought to be alive but she has not seen or heard from him since he left home at sixteen to pursue a career as a bard.
7. She rides a large, black warhorse with a snowy white mane. The stallion is named “Thundermane” and tends to be ornery with anyone but his mistress. He is trained in combat and will not let anyone but her ride him unless she commands.
8. Both her magical swords are named. Her main blade is a silver bladed broadsword named “Havoc” that crackles with electricity at her command. There is a sapphire embedded within it's hilt that matches the one upon her signet ring. It looks to be a symbol of her House lineage. In her off hand she carries a slightly shorter and darker blade that glows with a sickly crimson hue and sizzles when touched by the blood of her enemies. What it does is unknown but she calls it Blood Dancer.
