If Ri'sari or any of the Sugar Claw Clan had commited the act, those of The Broken would dedicate everything towards enacting revenge against Ri'sari, and the bloodshed, which the Clan Mother wished to end, would never end. By Qa'han commiting the act, Ri'sari no longer have power over the company, but those loyal to him would question Qa'han as leader, and possible see Ri'sari as no longer a threat.
Qa'han was the only one capable of ending the pointless bloodshed. This feud between The Broken Bottle and the Sugar Claw Clan must end.
