Background: He traveled all across Tamriel for nearly a century, and along his travels met Ganja. He thought the most likely place to go to teach people of Ganja was the Imperial City, but when the Alliance War started gave his bow to the Dominion. Mostly because of the names the Alliances chose, Dominion was close to the name of the home plane of his god.
