Clan-Mother's Security

Slowly, rumor begins to pass around that a certain shipment of Skooma has disappeared from one of the containing warehouses, and though the method of that disappearance is up to speculation, a couple of beggars overheard the following conversation;

"I would like to trade information for information."
"This one believes what you seek is common knowledge by now, and therefore not very valuable. But perhaps, a good and honest account of things, that would be more valuable, yes?"
"Please, go ahead! We will make this trade!"
"In one hour, three of Ri'sari's goons are going to be here, in this building. They're looking for some Skooma they lost."
"Then we should hide it."
"But Clan-Mother, is that wise?"
"It will be out on the streets, harming the community, soon, otherwise; we must protect the community from Ri'sari!"
"Very well. This one supposes it could also be good security for you. Ri'sari, he shall not keep you out of the kindness of his heart, it is best to have a bargaining chip."
