Hundreds of handbills have seeminly appeared all over Woodhearth and the surrounding area over night. Nailed to doors, trees, wagons, blowing down the streets, being passed from person to person. An exciting tension is felt in the air. The handbill reads as follows:

[
Citizens of Woodhearth Arise!
Peace has again been shattered!
One of our own, honorable John Wolf, has given his life
to defend our community and city of Woodhearth!

The Thalmor and city government of Woodhearth
is either corrupt, unable, or unwilling to help us!

This very night a large stash of Skooma was found
and siezed! Now is the time for all good men and
women to come to the aid of your community
and city of Woodhearth!

A new council of Peacekeepers and Healers is
being formed! We shall need everyone's help!
All it takes for evil to win is for good people to
do nothing!

We must band together to make a stand with
fist raised! Help your family and friends, your
fellow citizens and those less fortunate!

The peace must be maintained and enforced!
Peace for all!

Any and all skills can be used toward the good of
all and the good of our shared community!
United we stand firm!

Please come tonight in support outside the Manor
at the appointed time! There will also be a short
candlelight vigil to honor the life of our our fallen
brother John Wolf.

Ni'Saba Nightrunner, Clan Mother

((OCC: The handbill may also be signed by Milo the Merchant, Cal the Healer, and J'vani, Advisor. If I have permission I will edit the message and add thier names. This will be a new organization that will not be Khajiit based! We want people of all the races of Tamriel to be involved. We are hoping that this will lead to some great spontaneous roleplay! Now everyone can be or do a part. If you wish to rp that you have heard of a bandit camp outside of Woodhearth, grab some friends and go out as Peacekeeprs and deal with it. A patrol has been ambushed, go with healers to help the wounded! A skooma brewery is discovered, take a group acting as Peacekeepers and destroy it! These are just a couple of examples. We hope RP will be happening all the time and not just at scheduled events. The potential is unlimited! Also we are looking for new IC leaders to step up. We need Captains for Peacekeeper units and second in commands, a leader for scouts and those who seek out information and are watching eyes, Perhaps a leader who is a provisioner to take charge of the Woodhearth food stores, perhaps one wishes to be Harbormaster? It is hoped that there will be many leaders on the new council so when some are not online there will always be someone to step forward and lead. If someone has a burning desire to lead the new council please speak up! Also we hope people will come up with ideas for new special roleplay events that we can tie into what is happening in Woodhearth. As an example the fishing contest to help replace the stolen food stores. If you have a good idea please post it at the forums! Lets have a great RP session tonight!))

<Ri'sari snatches a handbill from the air and scans his slitted green eyes over it with welling frustration. He crumples it up and tosses it down with a growl.>

Exiting the guild hall, a piece of paper flying through the air catches the young Khajiit's eyes. Before it can blow past her she snatches it out of the air and reads the contents carefully. "Word of John's death spread quickly," she murmurs, glancing at the bandages on her arms. "It appears I will be busy healing those injured for a while now." She folds the paper up and places it in her belt line and continues walking, wondering what this "council" of healers could possibly be like.

Kazzah runs from tree to tree tearing down as many papers as he can get his hands on. Picking them from the ground and catching ones blowing in the air, he rips them up or stuffs them in his bag to burn later. "This cannot be good for business."

Deep in thought, Kish'na stands on the deck of Five Claws. Swirling her cup of wine she thinks about John Wolf; the man who was killed the night before and whom she had desperately tried to save, she did not know him, but all the same she feels a deep compassion for any living being. Lost in thought she wondered "What more could she have done? Is there anything to be gained from healing the wounded in this war torn realm?" Her mind raced with guilt and doubt...

Her concentration broke when a piece of paper found its way to her feet. She picked up the paper and held it out in front of her, reading it carefully with wide eyes. As she finished the letter, her heart warmed slightly to see there were others of like mind, she read the words again 'healers and peacekeepers'. Kish'na's hopes had been somewhat renewed, making note to attend the manor gathering she folds up the note and slides it into her pack. She returned to her deep thought; gazing at the sea dreaming of this new band of protectors and peace keepers...

Arean trots back into Woodhearth on his horse to a view of trees, ground, and houses littered with paper. He furrows his brow and dismounts, pulling the horse's reins up and over it's head. Reins gripped in one hand, he reaches down with his free hand to pick up a handbill. His opalescent green eyes carefully read the words, and a frown sets onto his face. "John Wolf is dead?". He continues to read, finding the words Peacekeeper and Peace over and over again. He rolls his eyes and crumbles the paper, tossing it to the ground. "Peace.. well that doesn't sound like any fun."

*THUNK*

The sound of the arrow hitting the tree masked the sound of the rabbit who was caught between it. Niela felt her lips curve into a satisfied grin as she lowered her bow and walked over to her prey. It had been different, to say the least. Using her skills to hunt was the last thing she thought she would ever need to draw for. As she came to the proud oak, she pulled the arrow, and rabbit off. It was then she noticed a piece of parchment attached. She grabbed it, and began to read over the words as she found herself smearing the rabbits blood on it.

"Sounds unfortunate for this John Wolf character. ." She mumbled to herself. She shrugged and sighed as she crumpled up the paper and tossed it over her shoulder. Woodhearth was her location, for she knew of a group she wanted to join. This band of healers wasn't quite that. After all, her skills weren't in healing.

She tied her meal, and continued her now much shorter walk into woodhearth, and in a fairly good mood. These peacekeepers were going to make enemies, and those enemies may want the assistance of a girl like herself. Only time would tell now.

Charaziel's horse pawed the ground impatiently & steam poured out through flared nostrils into the crisp morning air. Leather creaked as she learnt forward to read a posted handbill.

"We were right in coming here Fortis, it seems we are much in need." Charaziel reigned Fortis around and pressed him into a slow jog and headed into the town of Woodhearth.

Sumar finds a hand-bill nailed to a tree outside of the stables and squints at it in that brows-lowered kind of way. He glances about to see if there is anyone nearby. When he finds no one in that moment of time, he snatches it from the nail to put inside a small bag beside his saddle. Inside is stuffed with various scraps just like that, maps, notes, local newsletters, even the occasional highly-illustrated children's book. There is no organization to this pile.

Then he goes about his way. It becomes pasted to the wall of his lair upside-down beside a black and white sketch of kitten laying on a baby guar's head, together being incredibly cute.

Milo approaches the guild hall and takes note of the paper posted to a nearby worn stone column. Curious, he changes direction to walk in front of the parchment and read its contents. As he does so, his eyes suddenly grow wide. "Oh, Ni'Saba," he laments aloud. "What have you done?"

Hurriedly now, he turns and goes inside the mansion to make preparations.
