Is anyone listening to me? I am really fed up with this. I got so pissed off tonight at the direction that RP took that I had to remove myself from it which is something I have never done. I explicitly stated that the multiple organization idea was not working. It is too stressful for officers to maintain that level of ongoing conflict.

I said to let there be one organization for awhile to give me a chance to change my character so that the Sugar-Claws could become not as evil.

I will say it again: any new organizations need to be made over time through personal character interaction. Yet here we are again with another mob recruitment. I almost instantly was dealing with spies and IM's about people being confused. I SAID DON'T DO IT OVER NIGHT

I have put in so much work to make this guild successful and tonight really felt like a big fuck you after everything I talked about OOC at the meeting.

I usually chalk things up to my lack of properly communicating as I believe every one of the officers wants this guild to work. But in this particular instance some of you just ignored me. I really can't see how this is going to make the guild anything other than split IC with constant combat emotes and spies again.

M8 Im just trying to gather the facts of what happened. ((HUGS)) Im on it. No one has intentionally tried to screw up the plan you had, from what I can gather it just happened that way.

Okay, OOCly speaking.

After you left, a bunch of the officers (Tryn as well) got into Vent and hammered some of this stuff out. We know something went wrong, and we feel that very keenly - you aren't alone in this frustration, trust us, we're annoyed. It was never the intention to do this overnight. Never. Sahlaa and I spoke extensively on this; we only thought we'd pull 5-8 people. RP tonight pulled us shit tons more than we figured it would.

I think Tryn will post very, very soon as well.

For my part, and Sahlaa's, we were never planning to have it this big this quickly. Tonight went a lot faster, a lot more sudden, with a lot more initial support than we thought and frankly it got far, far away from us. Some mistakes were made in-character. It was not his (or my) intention to steal Ri'sari's thunder this evening, but we should have recognized it was happening and diffused it earlier.

Anyway, apologies. Got away from us. We're presently discussing ways to mitigate this and move forward into bringing these guys back into the clan and listening to Ri'sari again as clan-leader.

It's not about stealing my thunder. I am trying to remove my character from the focus of every RP. I want our members to be able to tell their stories and starting another war is not going to allow that. I'm changing Ri'sari's character to not be so mean and this thing with his son is the first part of that.
