BIG OOC: The direction we need to move this guild is to unify ourselves. The split faction guild was a trial, it did not work. Now we need to unify the guild again, without drastically altering people's characters, or killing them off. Ideally this should be done in character.
THIS IS JUST AN IDEA AT THIS POINT
No one is going to tell another how to play their character. I am attempting to keep this as basic as possible in idea it would be up to the directly involved characters on how to reach the end goals.
To this end. The basic Idea is we need an "outside unifying force." Our current problem is our main "enemy" is a player character in general, and our GM in specific. This cannot be. We need to move our enemy focus to an outside "off screen" enemy. A rival drug runner/smuggler group, a vampire coven, some other group out in the world that is not in guild.
The current popular idea is a vampire clan near woodhearth.
We need to redeem Ri'sari, without changing his character (we like the angry kitteh). To this end he needs to be the leader he is supposed to be, and to become an "Anti-hero"
By anti-hero, it is meant that he takes charge and wins the day for a goal that is not easily seen as a gain for him or may not be a gain for him at all. His personality does not change, but he still does good, just this once.
We also need to break up the "peace-keeper" faction forming around the character of Ni'Saba, who is supposed to be neutral.
Ni'Saba, while an important character, was not meant to be a pivotal character. (so far as I know)
To this end, an "evil" outside enemy kidnapping Ni'Saba would remove Ni'Saba from play temporarily. Take away her leadership for her group. At the same time, being an evil group, only the "darker" resources someone like Ri'sari can bring to bare would allow Ni'saba to be found and rescued. This would give reason for everyone to stand behind Ri'sari, as he is the only one that could save Ni'Saba. And give Ri'sari the chance to be the anti-hero, giving some redemption to him, at least on the surface.
This needs to be something that takes time, we will not have the kidnapping on day one, and 2 hours later have the rescue completed.
This is something that should ideally take a couple real life weeks, giving time for the entire guild to come together. More importantly giving time for Ri'sari to become the leader of the whole guild.
