Name: Rethala
Age: Unknown, though she feels to be fairly young.
Race: Altmer
Flair: Typically not seen under the armor she wears, she has faint tattoos of curving lines down her arms. She also seems to be a bit paler than most people.
Rumors: (Can't think of any)
Background: Much of her life before Coldharbour, she couldn't remember, as though something was blocking the memories from her. Whenever she was feeling threatened, lightning would start to crackle in the air around her. Storms that would happen around her didn't seem to affect her at all and she loved to watch the lightning flicker across the sky. Picking up some tricks from books and scrolls that she stumbled on she began to harness that power to be beneficial to her and her allies. She was attacked coming out of the tavern one night by some thugs. The ruffians were scared away both by the lightning sparking around her as well as a guard patrol coming to investigate the noise that the scuffle had caused. After she recovered from the injuries she had received, she noticed that she was becoming paler than before and having different urgings when around others.
Trying to resist those cravings she tends to keep to herself a lot, not completely understanding what was going on. She slowly starts to make a few new friends in the land and tried to do multiple things with them, though she seems to vanish for a bit from time to time.
