There is a flash of light and blue butterflies, and a young looking Khajiit female appears sprawled upon a chair. Or rather perhaps a throne. The Khajiit jerks awake with a start, falling off the chair and vanishing again, just as the doors to the room swing open and guards rush to arrest the intruder.
Elsewhere, the khajiit appears amidst a flurry of snow and ice, as though forming out of the snow itself. High Hrothgar prominent in view. A whimpered "This is not home ....." is heard before the wind takes away the rest of the sound. The figure starts walking, searching for warmth, making it only a few steps, between one flurry and another, before she vanishes again.
A bedroom, perhaps in a manor house, the closet door swings open to admit the khajiit woman, who stops at the scene before her, then stumbles onward out of the main bedroom door to vanish again. A giggle and soft comment of "He has a little tail on the front!" is heard before she goes. The rooms occupants staring in embarrassment and disbelief.
Amidst a raging battle, men and women fighting, and dying. The Khajiit woman wanders through the field, seeming oblivious to the slaughter around her. Arrows fly past, just missing, spells seem to fall short, or a warrior of one faction or another stumbles into the way out of seeming coincidence. "This does not look like home ....." She trips into a small ditch, just as a spear pierces the air where she had just been standing, the woman vanishes again between one heart beat and the next.
Somewhere in Morrowind, a thief grins triumphantly as he hears the final tumbler fall into place in a vault door. Suddenly the door swings open and the Khajiit wanders out of the locked vault. The thief stands stunned, so bewildered by the woman's appearance that she not only has time to disappear again, but the city guards have time to arrive and catch him still standing there lost in bewilderment. His only defense, insane babble about the cat hiding inside.
