Not sure how to Ma'Zha because it involves names and this is an open forum now. Don't worry there is no preparation needed :)

PvE progression in guild - poll on front page, best way to implement
Recap story - goal of the current storyline, smaller location, single IC organization, settle conflict for a time
Encourage RP outside of events. Get more storylines going. <-- Super important!

PPL : Solverbrick allowed back in TS with restrictions on chatter, Sahlaa issue resolved.
Promotion : Character Sheet with @name, auto-promoted on Website, manually promoted in Guild - if bad sheet tell Forney ( http://www.blueskooma.com/officer )
No guild invites without website application = mandatory! for reasons of quality control
