My name is Bruce. I'm 57 and live in Canada.This year i celebrate my 40th year of gaming. Yes that's right i have been around from the very start. 1974 PONG was the first game i started with and have been hooked ever since.So you can say that i am a Ancient One.Over the years i have played most of the games that came out on console systems. Even had to buy a few just for the 1 game that system had to offer.My first MMO was WOW vanilla which i played up to Mists of Pandaria.This was my first pc game so had to get a killer gaming compute built. During my WOW years a new game came out Age of Conan( first game with real life environmental graphics) but it was a pain in the ass to travel anywhere as no way to fast travel( had to run from zone to zone which took forever).
Played many first person shooters if the graphics where good.I'm all about the quality of the graphics (move ahead never back) Skyrim was my first Elder Scrolls game, added many mods to make the game very hard (400 hours) and still never finished it.Never read many of the lore books they where just sell items.Then came ESO excellent real life graphics, so i was hooked. Started out as a Bosmer Nightblade then joined the guild. As most where Khaliit started my Khajiit sorcerer.
As i started to read the lore books and had to make up a character sheet for the guild.Started to research the Khajiit lore which lead to all the other races,after around 100 hours of research found that ( Khajiit,Argonian and Bosmer had very little early history.Where all the other races had a very extensive history going back to the creation time. So this gave me artistic freedom to create my character and add some history to why the Khajiit where not known by the other races(Khajiit history started at there creation then jumps to around 1E 2260 with the Thrassian Plague, just a few of the other races giving very little mention of them.
Through my research found many npc's that i thought i wanted my character to interact with to give him some history,so added them to my story.You my ask "can my character be immortal" are there other immortal npc's in the lore? The answer is yes Pelinal Whitestrake, renowned as "The Divine Crusader", was an immortal hero, legendary warrior, sorcerer, king and crusader who fought as champion of the Slave-queen, Alessia.
(When i returned from vacation had a notice from the guild that i had very little time to post my character sheet so typed up one fast and posted it .but the final post is up.)
As i work 11to7 EST i am on every day in the morning but hope in the future to get to play with you guys in the evening or weekends.I invite you all to read my final character post of my character. As it follows all time lines and lore history. And has some interesting npc's. Enjoy the read.
