Personality:

Quiet, only speaking when he needs to until he gets to know who he is speaking to better. While he seems to trust people easily, he always keeps an eye on somebody until he is given a reason to trust them, simply hiding his distrust for all strangers. He wil talk business, smithing, crafting, and battle to almost anybody. He takes his job very seriously and does not joke often. He is more about the action than the talk.

History:

Part 1: The Grom-Go Gang

Loutka joined his brother and a small group of his brother's friends shortly after the death of their mother. His brother, Nathair Grom-Go lead the group of his friends and brother, which eventually became a semi-famous bandit group known as the Grom-Go Gang. The Grom-Go Gang were noted for many violent and brutal crimes, especially against high elves, dark elves, and wood elves. They held a membership count of over 60 Orcs at their peak, and often had small territory wars with gangs made of other elven races. Soon after reaching their peak, Nathair had come down with a sudden sickness and felt treatened that his little brother would attempt to take over the Gang. Though Loutka did not want to, he killed his brother when he was challenged and was elected the new Leader of the Grom-Go Gang. During the next 10 years Loutka became obsessed with killing everybody, instead of like his brother who left witnesses to spread word of them. However, one night raid of a small village would soon change his life.

Part 2: A Mage's Spell and a New Beginning

During a night raid on a small village, Loutka and his gang had almost finished looting the main store. One of his gang members watching the outside let out a painful cry before he was heard hitting the ground. Commanding the others to finish up, Loutka went outside to see what was going on for himself. Seeming to have come from nowhere, a powerful mage stood over the bodies of several of the Grom-Go Gang members. The Mage informed Loutka that he had come due to a close friend's vision while reading an elder scroll, with a mission to change Loutka's ways. Loutka laughed at the Mage's words and attempted to attack him. The Mage pulled out a small green gem, similar in shape and appearance to a grand soul gem, infusing it with his magic. With the quick muttering of a spell, the Mage's staff shot out a suge of magic that wrapped its way around Loukta, holding him in place.

The magic connected the green gem and Loutka, seeming to pull images of Loutka's past from his head. The spell was meant to 'drain' Loutka of his memories, absorbing them into the gem in a way similar to a soul gem absorbing a soul. After a few seconds, while the rest of the Grom-Go Gang ran in terror, the spell was finished and Loutka fell to the ground like a ragdoll. His eyes fluttered open as the confused orc swung his sword around, slamming it into the pillars that held the wooden building in place. His sword caught the Mage across the chest, slicing him open before he could teleport the Memory Gem to a safe location. As the gem slipped from his hands, Loutka's blade would slam into it before it again sliced open the mage, covering it with a large glowing crack. The Mage gave a worried look before he fell to the ground, unable to move. The gem hit the ground and exploded into many small tiny shards, giving off a powerful magical explosion. This explosion sent Loutka slamming into the building, which then fell over on top of him. Loutka's blurry vision glimpsed at the Mage, the life leaving his eyes as his final breath forced its way out of his bloody mouth. Loutka then passed out.

When Loutka awoke he had no clue about a majority of things from his past, including his name, his gang, his family, or his horrid crimes within the Daggerfal covenant controlled lands. He looked over, having awoke in a bed in an inn, only to see a stunning orange topaz gemstone, a small bag of gold coins, and some food at the table to his side. Near the door was his damaged sword and armor. Having no idea of his past dealing, or a good majority of his former skills and abilities, or any idea of what to call himself, he simply took the nickname "Topaz" from the gem he had seen next to the food and gold. After fixing up his armor and weapon, selling the Topaz for more coin, and recovering fully, Topaz has found himself in the middle of the summer set isles, controlled by the Admeri Dominion. The mage had attempted to set him on a new, and hopefully better path towards his future. What will Topaz do with his new beginning? Will he ever find the shards of his memory gem?
