Beckify/Lucrezia - Revisited

Real name is Rebecca (Or Beck, Becky, Becca). A friend of mine came up with Beckify for me because apparently I do not have enough nicknames already (lol). My main RP character is Lucrezia. I live in NC with my boyfriend of 9 years (our anniversary was in April). We have 2 dogs. A 5 year old Basset Hound named Casey and a 16 year old Dalmatian/Lab mix named Precious.

Have you played any other MMO's?

I tried playing WOW one time and I just could not get into it. I've been a gamer since I was a kid but I just started getting into online gaming. Skyrim was the first game from TES, that I played and I was just hooked. Then played Oblivion and loved that one too, will eventually get Morrowind. I was very skeptical of ESO when I found out it was going to be an MMO, but eventaully caved and got it. So glad that I did now! lol I play a lot of other games like Dragon Age, The Sims....just about anything that looks interesting to me.

What's your job?

I work from home, taking calls as a customer service rep for a telephone company and also quality assurance (call grading and monitoring) for a company that takes orders for infomercials. It's all very boring.

Do you have any hobbies?

Other than gaming...I'm a bit of a history buff. I'll get really into a certain era or historical family and just research and study them, read anything about them and watch movies/documentaries on them. Right now I'm researching the Borgia family; I'm reading The Family by Mario Puzo, which is based on that family. Obviously I find them interesting because I named my main RP character after Lucrezia Borgia.

I also love to cook. I keep trying new recipes and trying to make my own. It's a work in progress but I dare say, I'm not bad at it.

I also like to read. I hoard e-books.

Ah the Sims! I am also an avid fan. Although I do not intend on buying a PC version when Sims 4 comes out. Sims 3 was major glitch on PC and I don't expect it to be any different next time around. So I think console is the way to go this time round. Lucrezia Borgia! Now there is a woman that married her way to power. I guess third time was the charm. LOL

Yeah I was not that pleased with Sims 3. I still play it, but not as much as I did Sims and Sims 2. I'm not even that excited for Sims 4 lol I may get is after it's been out a while. And you're right, third time was it for her lol I'm obsessed with that family, they were so scandalous and interesting.

Yea I play Sims 3 alot, Tryynity Belle lives in Sims land - I made an entire town setting complete with characters and everything. Took me weeks. Sims 2 was way better IMHO although I was happy with the dynamic changes the graphic side of it was very disappointing. EA is not my most FAV game company. I blame them for was happened to DA2

I completely agree. Sims 3 and DA2 were two of the most disappointing games ever for me. On Sims and Sims 2, I spent more time building homes and neighborhoods than actually playing the game, and I was a custom content junkie. Lol. All of that changed in Sims 3, the Sims all looked the same to me and building was just too difficult. They say that Sims 4 is supposed to be more like Sims 2, but we'll see...I'm not holding my breath on that. And DA....I can't talk to companions whenever I feel like it, I hate that! Lol. And they ruined Anders (and Zevrens looks)

Same, yes you can still customize in S3 but not to the same extent - at least I have not found how. Even redesigning a LOT is a headache with the Ground/Area tool. You and I are so much alike I think hehe, I love designing stuff digitally. I keep getting free programs that let you do that, but have yet to take the time to sit down and learn how to use them.

Have you used DA Toolset? I had it but deleted it when I got DAZ Studios, Bryce and .... (I forget now) With those I hope to be able to design my characters for my game fic world/story Ive been working on since forever.

If you still have DA I can recommend some mods that make Zev play way, WAY more fun :D

The CC for Sims 3 looks so copy and paste to me. The textures are just not right, not like how they were in Sims 2. And I love designing and building things in my games. I'm not creative enough to make custom content though. Sometimes I may tweak it a bit, to make it work with whatever I'm doing in the game. Like in Sims, I use to take a zillion picture, write a story and upload it to the Sims2 site.

I do have the DA Toolset! But I haven't used it as much as I thought I would. I did download extra hair sets, alternate kissing/sex scenes for Zevren and Alistair, both wedding ending for the two also, and the texture packet and skip the fade hack ((I hate that part of DA))

My boyfriend picks on me cause I have to download a million things to my games for me to be happy with them lol


I don't know if I've seen that video yet, I watched the one you posted on here before and really liked it. Is it on your YouTube channel? I'll look it up when I'm off work.I love DA videos

With DA you just have to ALL the mods LOL. My first Zev Symp was to the soundtrack "Like a Lovesong" Selena Gomez totally ediited and cut to line up with the words. It took me freaking heaps and wasnt on YT for my than a min - it got blocked and risks my account being deleted. So I cant use it - unless SONY have taken the hold of that song. I refuse to break songs (there is a program that can alter the tracks) to get around using them, so I just have to accept the companies stand BOO SONY!

I just watched the Zevran Symphony, really nice! I like how you put it together.

It's sucks they blocked it just because of a freaking song. :( A lot of videos that I had on my favorites list got removed for that same reason. One in particular that was a Sims 2 video made from these girls that write stories with Sims character. Ugh, makes me wish I had downloaded that video. People put so much time into these videos and they just axe them.

Yea I agree - In my mind we publicise their music much in the same way Radio stations do. Most of the Indie's dont care, it is just the big greedy corps that give the most grief.

My daughter and I worked on a Stop Motion Sims 3 but it hasnt got too far, we did one with her Monsta High/Barbies
