The BSCs new setting?

So I asked for some clarification in guild chat as to what happened after the boat arrived in srenja, but no one seemed to know. Is it possible for someone who decides such things to at least give a basic synopsis of the position in this new town? As there has been a Mass of new recruits(including myself) it would make incorporating new people easier if the environment we are RPing in could be made more clear, instead of a massive grey area. Like, was it a ghost town when we showed up? Did we become part of the khajiit clan already living there? What was the point of the boat trip if we just magically own the new town? As a new player in the guild I would just like some clarification is all so that I can continue to try to find a place within the group where I'd like to fit in, and socialize. If we are a clan seeking shelter, or we took the place over, etc all make a very large difference in how people would be acting, and for what reasons a character might enter the fold. Sorry for the questions, I'm just baffled.

I have been busy setting up the OOC backbone of the guild lately so I understand that people are confused. The in-game newsletter mail and IC/OOC weekly recap in the news forum also did not ago out this week due to Officer changes.

I am still filling the roles of the Roleplay Department which will really help with this.

The setting is that the moon sugar farms in S'ren-ja have supported Skooma making for the clan for some time. The clan is indebted to the many that helped them escape Woodhearth by rebuilding the boat and fighting off the Thalmor. The Thalmor are expected to not give up so easily. The town of S'ren-ja is under reconstruction after a successful auction caravan.

Simply put, I believe our group performed a "sit in" where we just took over through sheer numbers.

there are plans at the moment i believe to have "npc" towns folk to interact with on occasion to where they can complain about our taking over etc.
