crafted gear goes in the increments of 2's so the Argonian robes will have to be lvl 22 or 24. Personally I would recommend 24, it's better to grow into an outfit, then grow out of it quickly. However the barbaric robes are ready and waiting in your mail

However, most colors in the styles drastically changed yesterday due to the major update so it may take them time to catalog items. if you want the stomach showing I know the bosmer women fancy that style. I will have to do a bit of research given the recent update though. Once you dye an item it becomes bound, so sadly I cannot dye the armors for you, for specific dyes you want you will have to unlock the achievement to get them, you can look at the achievements here http://eso-fashion.com/dyes-by-achievement/

The cost comes from the quality of the goods to cover a portion of the materials (the rarity)

Sadly, this one does not have the knowledge to craft Orgnum's Scales or Oblivion's Foe into a full set, only a few pieces here and there (Those are 8 trait sets)
