My introduction to online gaming came in the form of Gemstone 3, a purely text-based online game. Then a few of my friends from GS3 convinced me to try Everquest and I've been addicted to MMORPGs ever since. :-D I love the more personalized roleplaying guilds - they never get so huge that you get completely lost in the crowd. It's a shame that it's harder and harder to find TRUE RP guilds, so it's been a fantastic thing that Ty and I heard a hawker for Blue Skooma a month or so ago (and then we sort of kept watch on things to see if it was really an RP guild).
I look forward to getting to know everyone, although as Ty said, with a new house and new job (yes, we both wound up with new jobs within 2 months of closing on our new house -- fun times!), we aren't able to get online as often as we'd like.
Just had to respond to this part of his post... yes folks, he tends to grow on people. Kinda like a fungus, y'know? <snicker>

I met my wife (@Aeronwy) on a story board for Ever Quest ( A very dirty one) 12 years ago, it was hate at first pen stroke, but in time I tend to grow on people.
